Tasting Notes:
Nose - Creamy fireplace soot and salty shoreline at the fore with a background of vanilla, chocolate and peanut brittle
Palate - Sweet, salty and smokey with notes of white pepper, oaky vanilla and green bell pepper. Water reveals layers of orange and citrus amongst the salty peat smoke
Finish - Smokey and savoury with streaky bacon and hints of sweet syrup culminating in a long, earthy finish
