Tasting Notes:
Nose - Honey, vanilla and cooked apples with notes of fresh baked pastries and gentle nutmeg and cinnamon spices
Palate - Mouth-filling and complex with lush apple and poached pear tones bound with clove spices and peppery oak. Water brings out sweet notes of sugared almonds and white chocolate as well as some toasty wood notes
Finish - Balanced and warming with oily wood layers, pear fruit and a touch of white pepper
