Tasting Notes:
Nose - Bold and briny with notes of peat fires and grilled meats with a sweet backbone
Palate - Creamy peat and sea kelp bound in layers of grilled bell pepper and smoked fish. Adding water sweetens the palate bringing out soft fruit jelly and almond, before revealing a peaty base
Finish - Savoury yet balanced with salty vegetal notes being highlighted with sweet vanilla
