Tasting Notes:
Nose - Floral, elegant and lifted with notes of citrus rinds and earthy peat lurking in the background
Palate - Instant peat smoke fills the mouth with layers of Arbroath Smokie, chargrilled Pak Choi and a sprinkling of sea salt. Adding a touch of water brings out a little more sweetness and fresh white stone fruits
Finish - Savoury, chewy and smokey with notes of rolling tobacco, grape must and a nutty peat linger
