Tasting Notes:
Nose - Candied citrus, shoe polish and whiffs of salty peat smoke
Palate - A wash of sweet and salty with notes of bitter citrus peels, woody tannins, dark chocolate and smoked meats. A drop of water increases the sweetness bringing out flavours of lemon sherbet and bitter lemon with smoke lingering in the background
Finish - Smokey, salty and nutty with layers of espresso coffee and pipe smoke with an earthy, woody finish
