Tasting Notes:
Nose - An interesting bouquet of amoretti biscuit, cucumber, almond fingers and creamy custard
Palate - Sweet and smokey with waxy wood notes, tangy marmalade and quince jelly that fade into burnt sugar and oaky spices
Finish - Crab apple and cedar wood spices with layers of fresh baked pastries and soft peaty smoke on the edges of the tongue
