Colour - Pale gold
Nose - Green and vegetal with notes of green pepper, elderflower, dried pineapple and coriander with a woody toffee backbone
Palate - A lovely wash of stewed apple, icing sugar and custard creams with a nutty biscuit depth. Remarkable fresh fruit textures for a whisky of its age
Finish - Sweet, spicy, luscious and long with stewed fruit and toasted bread layers
