Tasting Notes:
Colour - Pale lemon gold
Nose - Sweet, integrated peat with vanilla, demerara sugar and ginger biscuits
Palate - Oily, full and smoky with notes of salted liquorice, Parma ham, brown sugar and cedar spice
Finish - Sweet, creamy and smoky with layers of liquorice, sugared almonds and dried fruits dancing on the tongue
