Nose - Pronounced and full with notes of Bramble jam, raisin, burnt sugar and toasted bread
Palate - A banquet of forest fruits: bramble, raspberry and black cherries, with touches of Dundee cake, candied peels and maple syrup
Finish - Fruity, spicy and sweet with a complex linger of walnuts and cigar box cedar
