Tasting Notes:
Colour - Golden, pale amber colour
Nose - Soft, sweet toffee nose with butterscotch as well as raisins and nuts. Sherry wood is nicely balanced with the whisky and sherry elements. Fruit cake
Palate - Creamy, waxy, sweet toffee malt, with hints of prunes and raisins from the sherry wood. Nicely balanced
Finish - Lovely, long, elegant finish, that is well balanced, full and with some nice sherry tones
