Tasting Notes:
Colour - Light amber colour with khaki flecks
Nose - Spicy, warm, mature, with some herbal tones and also some honey sweetness. Rich for a Lowland malt. Sherry wood shows in nice balance
Palate - Round, richer than expected for a Lowland malt, quite spicy and peppery, but also floral and herbal. Quite complex
Finish - Nice, dry, long finish
