Tasting Notes:
Colour - Gold amber
Nose - Cuban cigars, Sauternes, some rosewater, perhaps some late-harvest gewürztraminer, Tokaji Eszencia, honey and quince notes
Palate - Exceptional wood and dried fruits. Litchis, pears, bananas, dates, apricots, raisins, figs...Also love the toasted brioche in it. Beehive, beeswax, honey, royal jelly
Finish - Long, very raisiny, perhaps just a tad too tannic towards the aftertaste
