Tasting Notes:
Nose - Red berry compote with cooking apples, cinnamon sticks and hints of violin rosin and beeswax
Palate - Tangy apple sauce and peppery oak spices lead into layers of marzipan, golden syrup and ‘rhubarb and custard’ pan drops
Finish - Sweet and crisp with notes of candied fruits, flaked almonds, cooked apples and vanilla custard
