Tasting Notes:
Nose - Savoury and almost medicinal with notes of pork crackling, fresh cut peat and vegetal tinges with pepper spices
Palate - Sweet floral and citrus layers at the fore with lemon mousse and rose water followed by olive brine and gentle smoke notes
Finish - Warming, balanced and fresh with vegetal tinges and floral highlights with a nutty peat smoke that lingers on the tongue
