Tasting Notes:
Nose - Smooth and elegant with hints of sweet dessert wine, crème caramel and burnt sugar
Palate - Cinnamon icing, apple compote and sweet spices with a mellow peppery glow. A spot of water lifts the sweetness in the whisky exposing layers of fresh pear, elderflower and light vanilla
Finish - Waxy, warming and woody. Very satisfying and long with touches of toasted pecan and salted caramel
