Nose - Sweet toffee and fresh baking with notes of sultana and maple pecan danish
Palate - Smooth and mouth-coating with layers of marmalade, golden syrup and toasted nuts. A touch of water adds a Tokaji- like sweetness and notes of gooseberry jam
Finish - Warming and elegant with tones of smooth toffee and dates
