Tasting Notes:
Nose - Fresh-cut earthy peat with smokey mildew and grilled meats
Palate - Smokey gammon steak with peat reek, sea spray and peppery wood notes. A drop of water softens the smoke and brings out some floral, grassy flavours
Finish - Nutty, cigar smoke notes with waxy wood tannins which warm the mouth and coat the teeth
