Tasting Notes:
Nose - Lifted and floral with notes of dried pineapple and mango bound by sweet vanilla and whiffs of fresh dough
Palate - Gentle, light and sweet with layers of lemon mousse, tarte au citron and fresh nettles. Almond oil and citrus peels emerge at the back of the tongue
Finish - Citrusy and sweet with fresh notes of candied lemon peels and Madagascan vanilla dancing on the palate long after finishing
