Tasting Notes:
Colour - Deep golden colour
Nose - Rich, round sweetness with yeasty bread and fruitcake tones. The Sherry wood influence is finely balanced and not overpowering
Palate - Round, rich, soft, smooth sweetness and liquid fruitcake tones of nuts and raisins. Light and elegant, rather than heavy
Finish - Elegantly long yet gentle finish that has some nice sweetness
