Tasting Notes:
Nose - Pronounced peat and sea spray aromas with notes of fishermen’s ropes, cocoa butter and garden vegetables
Palate - Sweet liquorice, star anise and creamy smoke on a bed of earthy peat with emerging spice notes. A splash of water brings out sweet vanilla and butter icing which dissipates into smokey charcoal
Finish - Grilled vegetables and green pepper with a peaty tang and a sprinkling of sea salt, leaving a long smokey linger
